1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the following family of websites (the "Network"), operated by Daniel K ("we," "us," "our"):

saudiroyalty.com is the central hub of this Network. If you sign up on any of the sites above, this policy explains how your information is handled across all of them.

2. What we collect

When you use a form on any site in the Network (e.g. "Join the List" or "Private Enquiry"), we collect:

• Your email address
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide in an enquiry form (e.g. your name, message content)
• Basic technical data collected automatically via Cloudflare, including anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) and aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Analytics Engine) — this may include your IP address, browser type, and general usage patterns, used to secure and improve the sites rather than to identify you personally

3. How your data is used across the Network

This is the part most people skip, and the part you most need to understand:

Your data is stored in a single shared database used across all sites in the Network, not a separate database per site. The database records which site(s) you signed up on or expressed interest in.

In practice, this means:

• If you sign up on one site, you will not be signed up a second time or sent a duplicate welcome email if you later sign up on another site in the Network with the same email address
• Your record will be updated to reflect interest in the additional site
• We may use this combined information to send you relevant updates about the specific site(s) you've engaged with — for example, if you signed up on redseawildlife.com, we may send you updates related to Red Sea experiences

We do this to avoid duplicate or irrelevant emails and to send you more relevant information, not less. We do not combine your data with data from unrelated third parties, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your personal data based on your consent, given when you submit a form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@saudiroyalty.com, after which we will stop processing your data for marketing purposes.

5. Third-party service providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the Network. Each processes data according to its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, bot protection (Turnstile), and aggregate analytics (Analytics Engine)
• Resend — sending transactional and marketing emails (e.g. welcome emails, updates)

These providers may process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. See Section 7 on cross-border transfers.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within 30 days.

7. Cross-border data transfers

Because our service providers (Cloudflare, Resend) operate globally, your personal data may be processed or stored outside Saudi Arabia. We only work with providers that maintain their own security and data protection standards, and we do not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes only: security (bot protection via Cloudflare Turnstile) and basic, aggregated analytics (Cloudflare Analytics Engine). We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.

10. Children's data

Our sites are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

12. No affiliation

SaudiRoyalty and the Network are independent ventures and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Saudi royal family, the Government of Saudi Arabia, or any political party or governmental entity. Any similarity in name is coincidental and does not imply any such association.
